If you have a permanent job offer from a Canadian employer while on a temporary work permit, you may qualify under the FSWP. Eligibility is based on points for factors such as education, age, and language skills.
Those with at least 2 years of skilled work experience in Canada or a Canadian post-secondary education and 1 year of work experience can apply through the CEC.
Each province has its own PNP, allowing them to nominate individuals for permanent residency. Applicants must intend to reside in the nominating province.
For those with at least 2 year of skilled work experience in Quebec and intermediate French proficiency. The work experience can also be obtained through a Working Holiday Visa or any other stream of the IEC program. The QEC provides a Quebec Selection Certificate, facilitating permanent residency application.
